Most builders in Muskoka subcontract their heavy equipment work, waiting on a rental company's schedule or a third-party operator's availability. We don't. Fuller Developments owns and operates our own fleet, which means our crew controls the schedule, the equipment is on site when we need it rather than when it's available to rent, and every operator running our machines works for us, not a subcontractor.

What it is
Our largest and most capable machine. A 360-degree rotating telehandler with a maximum lift height of 98 feet and a lift capacity of 13,200 lbs, powered by a 218 hp Volvo diesel engine. Unlike a standard telehandler that can only lift and reach in the direction it's pointed, the RTH 6.30 rotates its upper carriage a full 360 degrees independent of the chassis, and functions as three machines in one: a telescopic forklift, a rough-terrain crane, and an aerial work platform, depending on the attachment.
How it makes the job more efficient
On a multi-unit site like the Deerhurst Highlands Townhomes, this is the machine that moves trusses, lifts framing packages to upper floors, and repositions materials across the site without repositioning the machine itself, since it can rotate and reach in any direction from one stabilized position. That single capability replaces what would otherwise require a mobile crane rental and a separate telehandler on many builders' sites, each with their own scheduling and cost.
What sets us apart
Very few residential and small-commercial builders in Muskoka own a machine at this scale. What it is

This is the machine loading and unloading delivery trucks, moving pallets of block and lumber around a site, and feeding material to crews at height on a standard single-family or townhome build. Where the RTH 6.30 is our specialist lift machine, the TH 5.5.19 is what keeps daily material flow moving without waiting on rental equipment or a second operator.

What it is
A compact track loader with a telescoping boom, effectively combining a skid steer, a telehandler, a masted forklift, and an excavator's digging reach into one machine.
How it makes the job more efficient
On tighter residential lots, particularly at Deerhurst Highlands where site access and lot size are more constrained than an open commercial site, the Teleskid does the work of several separate machines without needing separate mobilizations for each. It can load a truck without building a ramp, reach across obstacles a standard skid steer can't clear, and switch between grading, material handling, and light excavation on the same lot in the same day.
What sets us apart
Most residential builders bring in a skid steer for site work and a separate excavator for anything requiring dig depth. We do both with one machine, which means less equipment traffic on tight residential lots and faster turnaround between site-work phases.
