The story
Fuller Developments has been building in the Huntsville area since 2020, and the family has been building personally in Muskoka since 2012. We are based here, we live here, and we build here. That means we know the rock, the shoreline, the winter schedules, and the township approvals that shape every project in this region.

Mark Fuller
FounderMark has worked in construction for over 40 years and has built countless homes in that time. He runs the crews and the builds the way he always has: on site, hands-on, and accountable for every detail from the footings to the final walkthrough.
Matt Fuller
PartnerMatt looks after the client and marketing side of Fuller Developments. He is often the first person you talk to, and he stays close to every build so the families we work with always know where things stand. His focus is a process that is clear, responsive, and free of surprises.
The machines are ours too
Fuller Developments owns and operates our own heavy equipment, from a 98-foot rotating telehandler to boom lifts and a mini excavator, so our schedule isn't dependent on rental availability or subcontracted operators.
